High-efficiency Concrete Pipe Forming Machine

The roller-type concrete pipe-making machine uses dry, hard concrete, resulting in dense pipe walls and a high load-bearing capacity. It features short pipe feeding and forming times, leading to high production efficiency. Concrete waste is minimal during pipe-making, and no waste cement slurry is discharged, thus minimizing environmental impact. The high-frequency noise generated during production is low-intensity. However, the pipe-making operation is technically challenging; improper control can easily lead to poor impermeability, rough pipe surfaces, excessively thick walls, and pipe wall collapse, among other quality problems.
